Where do the t-shirts get shipped from?

All tees packed by hand and shipped from our studio in East London, UK.

How are your t-shirts manufactured?

We use the EarthPositive® range from Continental Clothing Co as our blank garment. They are 100% organic cotton, vegan friendly, made in carbon neutral facilities and are super soft and comfy. You can read about the ethical and sustainable manufacturing processes here.

When will my order be dispatched? How long does delivery take?

Generally we ship within 5 working days, barring any major holidays. The dispatch time for Items in pre-order mode will be listed on the product page. Royal Mail aims for delivery in UK in 2-3 working days.

*During busy periods, we might take a little longer to get orders out to you. We’re a small, independently-run business, so please be patient with us. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and within good time.

International Orders: We ship international orders with the Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service. This is a fully tracked service which typically takes 5-7 days but can vary by location. Your parcel will be handled by Royal Mail within the UK and passed on to a local courier in your country. Updates will be available from both carriers via the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you get confused, enter your tracking reference here and you’ll be redirected to the local carrier’s tracking service too, how handy!

Uh oh, I misspelled my email address/shipping address on my order!

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Contact us as soon as possible and we can amend your details. If we’re not contacted before the item ships and delivery is then unsuccessful, the buyer will be responsible for the price of re-shipping.

Can I exchange/return my order?

Of course! Please contact us (using the form above) as soon as possible if you’d like to exchange or return your t-shirt. Please note that if your order is older than 30 days, visibly washed, worn or without original tag, we won’t be able to help you. We do not cover the postage costs of sending back an item.

If you would like to exchange an item, we're happy to pay the cost of shipping the preferred t-shirt to you once the original makes its way back to us first.

Help! My order hasn’t arrived/has been lost in transit.

First things first, check the tracking number provided in your dispatch email as it just might have the information you’re looking for.

Unfortunately with so many variables out of our hands, once we’ve carefully wrapped & safely handed an order over to Royal Mail for delivery, we can’t be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. For international orders, please contact your local carrier for additional help.

Do you ship internationally?

You bet! Please note international orders can take anywhere between 5-7 working days, sometimes longer depending on the local courier.  

Additionally, all international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance. Possible customs fees are not covered in the price of international shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.
